Please exit the terminal through the arrivals hall. Car rental parking is located in front of the terminal. Follow Car rental signage. Enter the parking and follow Firefly directions (level 0). Firefly office is located right next to Hertz.When returning the vehicle, there is a grace period of 29 minutes. If you take longer than 29 minutes after your designated return time to drop off the vehicle, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Theft waiver (TW): Included This covers costs relating to the theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle but does not cover the loss of personal possessions. Please note that you will still be liable for insurance excess (see below). Third party liability protection (TP): Included This covers damage sustained to another driver’s car in the event of an accident caused by you. Limited Mileage: Included With this car, you can use up to 1320 km per rental period. Additional charge of per km will apply for extra kilometres.

25 to 69 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 6.95 EUR per day. Maximum 83.4 EUR. Includes 21% tax
Senior driver's age.: 70 to 99 years. Charge 6.95 EUR per day. Maximum 83.4 EUR. Includes 21% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Travelling abroad is not permitted.
Exceptionally, Firefly will authorize your travel to Portugal, Andorra, France and Gibraltar. An additional charge will be applied:

It is absolutely forbidden to drive the vehicle out of Spain (peninsular territory, so as the removal to Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) without Firefly authorization. In the contrary case your rental agreement shall be null. The driver will be held fully responsible of all the expenses and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the vehicle.
We also inform you that should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (including those that have been pre-paid), if accepted, shall be deemed, null and void.
